All payments are made directly on the platform in a secure manner thanks to Stripe, which handles the transactions.

You enter your debit or credit card into the app before doing a job and the payment is taken directly from that card. The worker will send the invoice containing the number of hours they have done and can upload the receipts for the different materials if applicable.

With JobFlash, you are your own boss. You work on the days you want and at the time you want.

You only choose the jobs you like and you don't do the same repetitive jobs. The wages are also very competitive. You get paid quickly and the money is deposited directly into your bank account after each job.

After creating your job posting, you will have access to the job description in the "My Jobs" tab at the bottom of the application.

Once a worker has applied for your job, a "Chat" tab will open at the top of your job description page.

On this chat you can talk directly with the worker to agree on the date, time and approximate time to perform the job. You will also be able to specify all the details needed to complete the job.

You should start by choosing the job categories that interest you and in which you are competent.

You must enter your valid checking account information in order to be paid directly on the JobFlash platform. Finally, you will receive an email to verify your ID and criminal record.

If the job is not yet confirmed with a worker, you can cancel at any time. If the job is already confirmed with the worker and you cancel it, you will be charged for one hour of the worker's work plus the platform fee. We have this policy because the worker has booked his time and had to turn down other jobs to work with you.

JobFlash focuses on home maintenance jobs and not large construction projects.
