JobFlash shares your information with third parties to ensure more secure data processing and to provide you with the best possible experience on our mobile app and website.

- JobFlash does not process payments in-house, we use a third party: Stripe who are industry leaders in payment processing. Stripe guarantees simple and secure payment processing for JobFlash users. For more information on their privacy policy, please visit: (https://stripe.com/en-ca/privacy)
- To improve the performance of the application, JobFlash uses a third party chat system. The Getstream chat system allows real-time chat and photo sharing in a fast and efficient manner. - We collect information from our website to track your use of it. This allows us to provide you with a more personalized service that is better suited to your needs. - Information offered by third parties
If we receive information from you or from third parties that we outsource to us, we will use that information only in the manner in which it was intended to be used.
- Your Consent
We do not collect, use or share your personal information without your consent. Except as permitted by law. JobFlash has two ways of requesting your consent: express consent and implied consent. Express consent asks you directly for your consent, for example, "check the box to give your consent”. Implied consent is when we can reasonably conclude that you have given us your consent e.g. "enter your email address in the following box". To withdraw your consent you can simply delete your user account and unsubscribe to newsletters as appropriate.
- Security of your personal information
Your JobFlash account is password protected so only you have access to the personal information in it. JobFlash stores your data on a private database. None of your personal information is shared. Your banking information is handled by the payment processor Stripe to ensure a high level of security. All data that passes between the application, the server and the database is HTTPS encrypted. - Retention of Deleted Account and Personal Information
Your personal information is kept in JobFlash databases for as long as you are a user of the platform. The period may be extended if it is in our interest to do so or if required by law.
- Updates or Changes to the Privacy Policy
The JobFlash Privacy Policy is subject to change over time. For this reason, JobFlash advises you to review the Privacy Policy whenever it is updated.
